What is Littlebag?

Little Bag brings together restaurants, food and beverage stores, health food concept stores, and others in one place. Under the best conditions in the region, we offer you marketing services on our platform and application through which users order your products, we forward orders to you, and you deliver through your established channels. The service is currently available in Serbia and Montenegro, and soon in other countries in the region, including yours. Order your favorite food and drinks in the easiest way. Without wasting time, calls, messages, waiting, misunderstandings. Access the Little Bag platform, download Android or iOS app, choose what you want, everything else is our job.

How does it work?

LittleBag is a platform designed for ordering, billing and delivery. The application, modeled on the most modern and predictable applications in the world, consists of 3 functional units:

The first is a customer application that contains a shopping cart and a customer order where it is possible to store a payment card (with a guarantee of data privacy protection) and in the main menu you can also change the user's preferred language.
The second is the application for stores, so it sets the products, their characteristics and specifications, prices, promotions, discounts, minimum delivery conditions, i.e. the value of the order as well as the parts of the city where the delivery is made.
The third application is for couriers who receive orders and deliver. An integral part of the application is guidance, i.e. interactive map navigation.

All 3 apps are done in two versions for iOS and for Android. At our address www.littlebag.eu there is an administrative panel for account management and control that allows different levels of access to the platform depending on your goals and preferences. It is possible to create various reports at different time levels and amounts of information. In addition there is a complete billing. It is possible to charge via cards directly from the application.

Ordering

Ordering is a basic segment of the application platform and enables marketing and ordering the products on offer. Ordering is completely autonomous and can be provided both as a separate and as an integrated service. Product billing can go through Cash, i.e. the stores charge themselves, or they can be charged via cards through the application that LittleBag enables.

Delivery

Delivery can be scheduled via application and can be done through our couriers, i.e. authorized delivery services or directly from the restaurant or shop, and a personal pick-up can also be scheduled at the shop. The promo offer of our services will be in force during the pandemic, and once all this is over, we will introduce an efficient service for delivery, which will also be available to you and allow us to do everything so you can fully concentrate on work and everything else is on us.
